Out here, it's common for young korean guys to ride scooters everywhere.  Nobody has proper papers or license plates for them, though.  Whenever I notice one of these dudes watching me skate, I immediately ask to borrow their stupid, little bike.  I then ride it recklessly into crowds of people.
